Sales Execution Team Member
General Responsibilities
The Sales Execution Team’s role is to provide all aspects of sales support to financial representatives to ensure that their focus remains on achieving Qualified Suspects, Factfinders, and paid-for lives in the first six months. Ongoing support to continue to build their business will also be provided.
Role
- Support new financial representatives with their operations and administrative management within their first 2 years.
- Provide vital assistance, in person to financial representatives based in any districts with our agency.
- Connect with financial representatives individually regarding ideal calendars, process, work flow and communication skills.
- Facilitate one-on-one & group trainings on relevant topics such as policy delivery, replacements, account servicing.

Responsibilities
- Complete tasks as assigned: client file maintenance/CRM, applications, underwriting, client service work, IPS, planning, marketing etc.
- Client Contact
- Liaison to District SET Members.
- Weekly check-in with financial representatives on the team/building relationships.
- Facilitate trainings and attend trainings via Home office.
- Daily Team check-in attendance via Zoom/Weekly check-in and report with Director
- Stay current on operations and support, home office and regulatory updates
- Quarterly Training with all SET Team Leads and Network Office Centralized SET in-person at the network office.

Operational Support
- CRM administrative support (inputting and managing client records and activities)
- Maintain electronic client file documentation
- Prepare, or collaborate with our planning department financial plans for financial
- representatives on the team.
- Manage underwriting process which includes providing, or collaborating with financial
representatives to provide:
Pre-filling applications
Pre-checking applications for completeness and accuracy
Submitting applications
Scheduling requirements and medical exams
Monitoring of the Daily Status Report (DSR) and take action on cases needing attention
- Process, or collaborate with others to complete risk product service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc.
Marketing Support
- Initiate and create feed lists.
- Phone number and email research.
- Compile meeting kits which include all materials needed for the approach, close, delivery
- and client review. Includes electronic signature requests.
- Administer Marketing Start-up kit (business cards, stationery, CRM engage, professional
- profiles, and review of marketing site on LINKnet)
Planning Support
- Generate plans and develop individual planning philosophy templates for each individual rep
- FR consultations re preferences
- Illustration support
- Home office connections for in-depth plan training
Other Support
- Facilitate one-on-one trainings with both financial representative and interns.
- Other projects as assigned by Director of Sales Execution Team
